Guest Service Manager

Position Summary
The Guest Services Manager oversees operations to support program direction and improves service revenue at LifeSpa locations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and executes monthly business plan to achieve financial growth
Supervise the team including addressing performance issues, making hiring and pay level recommendations, and managing the labor budget
Maintains appropriate inventory levels according to needs of the business
Completes outgoing calls to guests using various lists including promotional programs, previous guests, confirmations, beautiful beginnings, and myLT bucks lists
Greets, schedules appointments, and offers upgrade options along with any information needed
Explains all Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests and assist them with determining their individual needs
Position Requirements
Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
3 years of experience in a customer service setting
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
