Job Description

KLG is currently seeking a full-time employee, in our Syosset office, to manage monthly client billings and assist with financial analysis.


  • Entering partner time on a daily basis into billing program - TimeSlips

  • Assist with posting of cash receipts and preparing daily reports of cash receipts for partners

  • Prepare and mail client billings on a monthly basis

  • Prepare monthly reports of staff hours for partners

  • Assist with inventorying and analyzing financial information from clients (i.e., tax returns, financial statements, credit card statements, bank statements, brokerage statements, etc.)

  • Perform data entry and administrative duties


  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, billing, accounting, or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
