The role of Client Relationship Manager includes strategic and general account management functions and customer service.
Candidates must:
Have Bachelor's Degree
Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel & Outlook
Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
Be detail oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking
Work well in a team environment but also self-disciplined
In addition:
Desire to learn and advance in the Employee Benefits market
Have prior customer service experience
Additionally:
Prior experience with Employee Benefits or
Working knowledge of Employee Benefits / Insurance Industry
Duties will include:
Resolving customer issues by understanding customer needs and communicating effectively with insurance carriers, PGB team & client team.
Maintaining working knowledge of customer needs and issues.
Maintaining accurate customer files and records for general reference and office use.
Managing the end to end process for customer interactions and managing carrier relationships for day to day customer issue resolution.
Keeping management informed of key customer or carrier issues.
Hosting conference calls to address customer needs.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
