Summary:
Intelli-Tec Security Services, the leader in high-quality custom security solutions, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will provide valuable support to the Accounting Department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions.
A successful candidate is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Pay Range:
$18 - $22 per hour based on education and experience
Responsibilities:
Gather and sort invoices and checksPrepares and enters financial transactions in internal data basesIssue customer statements, invoices, or notices as neededAssist with reports and recordsMaintain digital and physical financial recordsBilling out invoices for installation and service in ABMPosting job cost labor to installation projectsCollaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose solutionsAssist with Accounting tasks as needed, supporting the other members of the Accounting DepartmentBasic
Qualifications:
Associate's DegreeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred

years' experience in a professional support role or equivalent military experienceBachelor's DegreeCovid-19 Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated:
