As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you are the patient's first point of contact.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, reviewing service offerings with new guests, managing incoming and outbound communications including emails/faxes, provide product and use education for all skincare product sales, facilitating the check-in and check-out patient experience.
Ideal candidates shall have the following Knowledge of skincare treatments, aesthetic treatments and products Knowledge of K-Beauty Excellent communication skills Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work as a team member Well organized and have an attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Empathetic to patient's needs and concerns Please include a cover letter describing why you are an ideal candidate and please include your salary requirements.
