As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you are the patient's first point of contact.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, reviewing service offerings with new guests, managing incoming and outbound communications including emails/faxes, provide product and use education for all skincare product sales, facilitating the check-in and check-out patient experience.
