You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager's working life.
A good Personal Assistant needs to be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
Personal Assistant is a support role but critical to the executives.
Another essential quality of the Personal Assistant is that they must be an excellent communicator.
Generally assisting with keeping individuals organized and on schedule performing a wide variety of duties.
Will be assisting three owners of a company with non-business related tasks Company SUV, expense card, and cell phone will be provided to the assistant Predominant responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Deliveries/pickups and professional errands (such as dry cleaning, returns, etc) Transportation/driving of employers (may include social engagements that take place after normal business hours and on weekends) Execution of routine automobile maintenance, such as, taking cars to car wash, inspections, oil changes, etc Meeting of workmen and other professional services as employers' homes for coordination and provision of access Booking of appointments Other routine life tasks Job Type:
