purchasing Invoicing AIA invoicing Accts, receivables for commercial projects Product and specification submittals Closeout documents and warranty information Work closely with sales reps and maintain product library Price negotiations, maintain budgets Work closely with sales, estimating and project managers Scheduling Rfms computer software knowledge a plus Hours:
8-5 with 1 hour lunch break Excellent starting salary, great office culture, health insurance, 401K and paid holiday and vacation.
