We are seeking talented and motivated engineering professionals to join our multi-disciplined team. LiRo currently provides the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule. We have an immediate need for a Telecom Project Manager responsible for ensuring projects are planned, funded, designed and implemented on-time and within budget. Responsibilities Project managers are the primary client interface that plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets & forecasts, monitor progress, record status and communicate with stakeholders (i.e., client, project team, vendors, etc.). Takes control of project health using financial and time budgeting Responsible for financial margins, monitoring and following-up on all aspects of projects including pre-sales, scope definition, price quote and project close-out. Drafting and communicating timelines, work plans and assignments for work streams and adjusting schedules and targets as needed Keep the client informed, consulting to gain approval/permission to execute projects, navigate changes, as well as guide engineering team to achieve project goals Organizing project activities and ensure tasks are completed within scope and time-lines Guiding work and teams effectively to ensure clarity of expectations to achieve objectives and outcomes Communicating with project team members pro-actively, delegating tasks as needed to the appropriate team member Serving as a point of contact for teams on the projects to ensure synergy and alignment Anticipating and identifying issues, collaborating with the team in addressing issues, and seek input to resolve Identifying and implementing process improvements Developing presentations for Executive Leadership to report on the status and results of the budget and forecast Execute various modeling and optimization tools and processes to assist with budgeting process, monthly forecasting and periodic reporting and analysis of results Providing clear and concise data-driven insights to senior leadership for visibility and decision making Assisting in the analysis and modeling of near and long-term results Comfortable working in high volume, fast paced technical environment Highly organized and detail oriented, facilitate quick resolution of open issues. Qualifications BS degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering (i.e., Electrical, Mechanical or Telecommunications), Mathematics or Finance/Accounting 7-10 years in project management experience Background in Telecommunications/Datacom Engineering and/or Construction preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate preferred iBwave certification a plus Proficient understanding of Project Management Concepts Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, knowledgeable of Salesforce Even better if proficient with Deltek Vision Strong initiative, high attention to detail. Good listener, written, verbal and presentation communication skills required
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
