LiRo currently provides the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Design-Build Project Executive to lead high profile, multi-million dollar projects located in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-construction through closeout of design-build projects. Responsibilities Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of project including proficiency in estimating, scheduling, quality control, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation Evaluation of potential D-B teaming partners on both the design and construction side, delineation of duties and project responsibilities, identification of priority terms & conditions and, negotiation of teaming agreements Work with the client early in the process in order to facilitate the design process with the chosen design professionals Ensure that an accurate and complete estimate for the project is prepared Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value-engineering ideas Interpret the project proposal and develop a work plan that ensures timely and on-budget delivery of the project scope Development and management of project budgets Oversee the buyout process and selection of trade subcontractors Responsible for overseeing the Construction Phase of the project Conduct progress meetings with client and the construction team Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project Qualifications BS in Engineering or related field 10
years of design/build construction management experience required Experience in administration of City, Municipal or Federal projects Ability to effectively manage, control, administer and execute the integrated design and constructions operations Experienced in reviewing conceptual estimates Familiarity with various contracting methodologies (ie. lump sum, T&M, GMP, etc) Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes, make necessary changes, use client input to make improvements and, meet/exceed internal and external client expectations Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations PE or RA and DBIA certification a big
Computer skills:
proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Architecture & Interior Design, Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
