Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns - Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Food service and/or bartending as recent and relevant work experience - Strong service skillset with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends If you are passionate about coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we encourage you to apply.
